La versione in italiano non ci dovrebbe essere. Porto si intende le spese di spedzione... considera che Caspar non parla italiano e quindi penso che la traduzione l'abbia fatta con un traduttore che si sa che non è mai perfetto e preciso.

In the message above, I explainded to Lele that there isnt an italian version of the cd and that the "porto" is about cost of the spedition.

Visti i miei interessi, è sicuramente da ordinare, CORF e Corsica!!, (le fortificazioni della Corsica furono riutilizzate dal REI nel periodo di occupazione e ne costruirono anche)

If someone wants to translate it I am always willing to add an Italian version. As Axtolf wrote the postage is more or less what the postal service ask. Here is a small overview:

IBAN is for international payments which should costs the same as making a payment in Italy (My payment to Slovenia was free of charge), but I don't know the charges that Italian banks charge. Otherwise you can also pay by credit card via Paypal, which is a bit more expensive to cover the commission charged by Paypal.

The current CD covers also the works, casemates, shelters and observation posts from Northern France up to Corsica of the CORF, the commission responsible for the design and construction of the permanent fortifications. There is also a file for each work with the armament, a small plan and current photos. For each sector there is also a photo gallery with 8 (Jura) to 40 photos (Corsica). And of course there is a file for each weapon.

A CD about Italian fortifications would be wonderful, but I think I would need several lives to complete that. But I am always open to ideas.

Consiglio a tutti gli appassionati di ordinare il cd. Si tratta di un opera decisamente eccezionale. Ci sono diverse foto, e moltissimi dati oltre che le mappe delle zone principali.
Sicuramente per chi ha la passione delle fortificazioni si tratta di un must, visto che la linea maginot è di certo una delle fortificazioni piu' famose e particolari al mondo. Inoltre lo stato di conservazione di moltissime parti di essa, rendono la visita, sia reale che virtuale, molto interessante.
